INTRODUCTION
JOB PURPOSE
  • Manage and lead the recruitment of Supply Chain and Product Development via delivery of the Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Partner with the HRBP and Business area in the delivery of the TA strategy, projects and initiatives for Supply Chain and Product Development
  • Effectively manage the implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Tailor and implement the TA strategy to the specific business area
  • Drive all Regional/Functional initiatives to establish Burberry as an ‘Employer of Choice’ and deliver to Burberry EVP
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Localize and deploy global Talent Acquisition and D&I strategies, providing input to the TA Center of Excellence (COE) to tailor global initiatives

Develop and execute local recruitment campaigns and programs, ensuring alignment with global standards

Drive adoption of new TA materials and technologies through effective implementation and training for hiring managers

Analyze regional attrition and internal mobility, benchmarking best practices and forecasting future talent needs

Ensure adherence to global TA processes and policies

Provide continuous feedback to the COE on the performance of existing TA tools and processes to drive continuous improvement

Design and implement a functional attraction strategy, continuously monitoring its effectiveness

Own competitor mapping for your function

Develop and manage talent pooling strategies for critical and hard-to-source skills, working with HR to proactively address flight risks in key positions.

Define and maintain the functional talent pool

Manage Preferred Supplier Agreements (PSAs) for your function, including agency selection and engagement

Roll out and localize global employer branding initiatives, materials, and tools within your function.

Enhance the local candidate experience and provide feedback to the COE on employer brand attraction, including competitor benchmarks.

Oversee hands-on delivery of roles within your function, aligning with COE leads and HRBPs on SLAs and metrics.

Monitor and communicate TA performance metrics, ensuring data integrity.

Accountable for TA spend within your function and analyzing team performance against KPIs.

Lead and motivate a team of TA Partners, fostering an environment where they can thrive.

PERSONAL PROFILE
  • 5+ years’ experience within an established internal TA function
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
  • Leadership and project management skills. Experience implementing programs/projects for TA
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle familiarity with a variety of different selection methods
  • Proven ability to strategically map companies and functions
  • Experience of developing and effectively hiring from Talent Pools
  • Experience of using innovative approaches to source, attract and build talent pools
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • A balance of strategic thinking with the ability to focus on the details necessary to execute the strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive and organized
