Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the company’s recruiting initiatives while providing support across key HR functions. This role will focus on building and managing a strong talent pipeline, partnering with leaders to meet hiring needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with the HR team to support team initiatives and special projects that contribute to overall team objectives. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic talent acquisition expertise with generalist HR support to help drive both organizational growth and a positive employee experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
  • Build and manage a pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates through proactive outreach
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records within the ATS system (Lever) and manager hiring workflows
  • Streamline and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality
  • Implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
  • Use data analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Deliver a positive, candidate-centric experience throughout the hiring process
  • Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities

HR & People Operations (Secondary Responsibilities):

  • Partner with HR to support onboarding and new-hire orientation
  • Manage the tracking and reporting of headcount initiatives
  • Support HR initiatives and special projects that contribute to overall team objectives

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years of strategic recruiting experience, technical recruiting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruiting tools
  • Familiarity with HR fundamentals, including compliance, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on recruiting execution
  • Experience with HireRight and Paylocity is a plus
