This hands-on, strategic role partners with senior stakeholders, designs direct sourcing, mentors junior team members and drives diversity in hiring.

• Leading end‑to‑end recruitment, from initial brief through to onboarding.

• Developing and scaling graduate and early careers programmes.
• Using data and insights to continuously improve hiring performance.
