Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you are responsible for defining and executing the TA strategy and plan for a number of business areas, ensuring company goals short and long term are consistently met. You will lead and inspire a team of 2 specialist Recruiters and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
You'll work closely with the Employer Brand and Attraction Manager on targeted content and campaigns for your business areas, to ensure the ASOS Employer Brand becomes more recognised and continually gains brand equity across the globe. It goes without saying that you'll already be an expert in TA across its entire lifecycle - from needs definition, sourcing, assessment, through to offer and onboarding with strong technical and market knowledge.
