The Role
We’re looking for a senior recruiter to establish an in-house talent acquisition and management function. This role will be central to the continued growth and success of our company and you will be directly accountable for sourcing exceptional talent across all teams. We have a track record of hiring candidates of the very highest calibre (50% of staff are Oxbridge alumni) who have fully embraced the return to a traditional office-based culture.
Working closely with our MD and team leads, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and selecting candidates of the highest standard. Alongside an ongoing business-wide recruitment campaign, the successful candidate will demonstrate that they can use their own initiative and rapidly hire suitable candidates when a business need arises.
You will be our first in-house recruiter, therefore there is scope for an extremely capable candidate to establish the nature of the function and shape the direction of the role.
