Our client, a leader in their field, is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will make a significant impact on their future success!

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to join their team. They are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys building relationships, and has a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements, and establish recruitment plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment processes to identify the most suitable individuals for each position.
  • Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent acquisition partners to ensure a diverse and high-quality pool of candidates.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's culture and values, both internally and externally.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and recommend improvements to optimise the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within engineering or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent for various positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, methodologies, and best practices.
