  • Keep an eye on recruitment metrics and make sure the process runs smoothly
  • Champion inclusive, values-led hiring across every stage

What They're Looking For

  • A natural relationship-builder who can work closely with leaders and stakeholders
  • Comfortable with recruitment tech, tools and data
  • A strategic thinker who's happy rolling up their sleeves too
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or educated in a relevant field (though not essential)

You'll be joining a values-driven business with a collaborative and people-first culture, where your voice will be heard and your impact will be felt.

The team works to a hybrid model - with a minimum of 3 days a week in their West London office.
