About You

We want to bring that same mindset into our Talent Acquisition team challenging the way hiring is done, embracing new tools and approaches, and delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and managers alike.

The Talent Acquisition team delivers global hiring success across tech, product, and business functions, whilst rethinking how recruitment at Midnite operates at scale. In this role, you'll blend hands-on hiring with project management to help design and roll out scalable processes and embed best practices that modernise how we attract and engage talent. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the foundations of an innovative, future-ready talent function.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech, product, and business roles on a global scale
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes that modernise how we hire
  • Leverage the latest tools, automation, and AI to increase speed, quality, and consistency in hiring
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, shape role requirements, and deliver outstanding results
  • Run strategic projects to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and elevate the candidate experience
  • Champion employer branding initiatives that position Midnite as a top destination for talent
What We're Looking For
  • Proven in-house recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth or scale-up environment
  • A strong track record of hiring success across tech, product and business functions
  • Project management experience with the ability to design and deliver efficient recruitment processes at scale
  • Ideally has exposure to AI-driven tools in recruitment, with curiosity to explore and implement new solutions
  • Exceptional talent attraction skills with the ability to identify and engage with top global talent
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive, with the people skills to build strong partnerships internally and externally
