Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead (Northern Hemisphere) for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract to join our People & Culture team. The position is based in the UK, with potential for extension or permanence beyond the initial term.

You will report to the Head of People & Culture, owning the recruitment process for the Northern Hemisphere (EMEA and AMER). As a trusted partner, you will work strategically with stakeholders to attract and retain top talent.

The ideal candidate may have HR generalist experience, contributing to the EMEA People & Culture initiatives, including strategic and cyclical activities covering the entire people lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities - Northern Hemisphere Talent Management
  • Partner with leaders to recruit effectively for the Northern Hemisphere.
  • Handle the full recruitment cycle: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing support, candidate experience, and offers.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to develop talent strategies and improve candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs.
  • Organize recruitment events to promote our employer brand.
  • Review roles and skills to meet business objectives and ensure impactful roles.
  • Develop internal mobility and succession planning strategies.
  • Implement workforce planning to forecast hiring needs.
  • Establish success metrics for recruitment activities.
  • Train leaders in interviewing and talent acquisition best practices.

Location: London or Edinburgh (with access to the office 1-2 times per week)
