We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Lead (Field Sales) – UK

Location: London, UK – you’ll be working closely with both local and international teams on a hybrid basis.

This is a FTC - minimum 6 months with a view to a permanent role.

We’re The Rec Hub – a people-first RPO business on a mission to transform how companies attract and hire talent. We’re currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and work directly with one of our amazing global tech clients.

A leading global fintech company operating in 30+ markets with over 4 million business customers. You’ll play a big part in helping them grow their team, especially in volume Field Sales roles.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a fully embedded recruiter within our client’s business, owning the hiring process from start to finish.
  • You will lead the Volume Field Sales activity.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders – providing real-time support, market insight, and strategic hiring advice.
  • Sourcing talent proactively – using LinkedIn, specialist job boards, careers fairs, and social media to attract the best candidates.
  • Tracking recruitment data, pipelines, and performance metrics – and making informed decisions based on them.
  • Promoting The Rec Hub’s values and employer brand.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in hiring Field Sales at scale, ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Confidence in managing stakeholder relationships and influencing hiring decisions.
  • A proactive, curious, and resilient mindset – you love solving problems and improving processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment (a sense of humor is a plus!).
