Invest & Fund is one of the UK's leading specialist lenders in asset-backed property development finance. To date, we've lent over £600 million into UK property development and returned more than £400 million in capital and interest to our lenders, with no losses of capital or interest to date.
Over the past eighteen months, we've built and scaled our Institutional and Homes England funding channels into significant and rapidly growing sources of capital.

That's where you come in.
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to own our talent pipeline and ensure we have the right people in the business at the right time.
This isn't about waiting for vacancies to land. We want someone who knows the market, actively identifies great people and builds relationships with them before we need to hire.

You'll be an experienced in-house recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record of proactive sourcing and direct candidate engagement.
You'll be confident working with senior stakeholders, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for a brief.
