Job summary

Boeing United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for a 12-month placement based in Bristol. You will support hiring across the UK & Ireland, build talent pools, engage with hiring leaders, and ensure a standout applicant experience.

You will partner with business leaders, coordinate interviews, assist with social media and offer management, and occasionally work out of hours to engage globally.

Qualifications

• Right to work in UK; we do not sponsor visa status.
• Holds a UK driving licence; travel to sites nationwide may be required, including overnight stays during university careers fairs season.

Talent Acquisition Intern - 12 Month Placement Company: Boeing United Kingdom Limited

We are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Intern to support our growing portfolio across the UK & Ireland. You will be a key member of the TA team, supporting hiring the best possible talent for the region! You will build and refine talent pools, engage and influence key customers and deliver an outstanding experience to applicants and hiring leaders. This role is onsite, based in Bristol.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs, engage with the Business leaders and Hiring Managers to deploy appropriate TA solutions to fulfil requirements
• Support intake meetings for every requirement
• Support social media content and posting to help articulate value proposition to external talent
• Support the candidate experience, maintain engagement throughout the hiring process and beyond
• Work with managers to determine the best assessment and selection approach for each role, carry out applicant down select, telephone screening, interview co-ordination and testing
• Support the offer management process
• Occasionally work out of hours to engage with globally based colleagues and candidates where applicable

Work Authorisation

This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.

Basic Qualifications
