About the Job

Why Oviva?

At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalised, clinically effective care accessible to everyone.

Our digital programmes support people living with weight-related illnesses. While weight loss is a goal for many, our approach is about so much more: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.

We’ve already supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and Poland...and we’re just getting started! Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future. Join us, and be part of the team making that future possible.

The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Insights & Enablement Manager to be the operational engine behind our global TA function. This expert-level role is essential to our ability to scale hiring intelligently, improve hiring workflows, and deliver meaningful insights across our people ecosystem.

You’ll bring structure, clarity, and systemised thinking to how we work, ensuring our tools and data empower hiring managers and talent partners to make informed, fast, and inclusive hiring decisions. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and collaborate across People, Tech Ops, BI, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows that enable scale and efficiency
  • Own end-to-end TA analytics: build real-time dashboards, track hiring funnel metrics, and improve data accuracy and visibility
  • Lead the adoption and optimisation of recruiting technologies, serving as the systems administrator and liaison to vendors and internal teams
  • Drive TA project delivery, ensuring operational initiatives launch on time, deliver value, and are clearly communicated to stakeholders
  • Establish internal comms best practices within TA and streamline information-sharing across the business
  • Ensure TA compliance and audit readiness, managing documentation and data integrity across all hiring platforms
  • Champion a culture of self-service and data empowerment by enabling hiring managers and People teams to access and use insights

About You

You’re a systems thinker who thrives on clarity, speed, and impact. You simplify the complex, create data-driven solutions, and lead with empathy. You’re humble in your communication, smart in your tooling, and driven to empower others.

Essential:

  • 10+ years in recruiting operations, talent analytics, or people systems roles with high autonomy
  • Expertise with recruiting platforms (ATS, HRIS), process design, and data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
  • Comfortable managing global cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to bring calm, structure, and clarity to fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Skilled at turning insights into action and driving adoption of tools and process changes

Desirable:

  • Experience with HR tech integrations and implementation
  • Understanding of GDPR, EEOC, and recruiting compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with candidate experience strategy and interview operations

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in revolutionising healthcare
  • Exciting and rewarding role in a high-growth environment
  • Training and development opportunities, with a personal learning allowance
  • We embrace flexibility & remote working
  • A home working allowance to support your ideal work setup
  • Competitive salary & company pension
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption leave
