Job description

We're looking for a talented and proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team. This is a remote position, open to candidates based in the UKand working with a global team.

This is a maternity leave replacement role (8 months)with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

The role also requires availability to work U.S. hours approximately 30% of the time.

What You'll Do:

Recruitment

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and recruitment partners
  • Support and promote employer branding efforts both internally and externally
  • Assist with recruitment data tracking
  • Source top talent through LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

HR Operations

  • Lead and support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Coordinate and assist with end-of-month hours reports and tracking
  • Support and manage the offboarding process
  • Collaborate with the VP HR on different projects across time zones (US and EU)

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations within global companies - Must
  • Experience working remotely in an international team - Must
  • Experience recruiting for US-based roles – A big advantage
  • Hands-on experience using ATS tools like TeamTailor and enthusiasm for leveraging AI in recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/ Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in sourcing
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • A positive, team-oriented approach and strong problem-solving mindset
