Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting roles within Marketing, Digital, or Buying & Merchandising.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience managing stakeholders during hiring cycles is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of acquisition practices from leading organizations.
  • Proficient in HR & ATS platforms.
  • Competent using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Working as a key part of the people talent team, specifically focusing on talent acquisition across Marketing, Digital, and or Buying & Merchandising. The successful candidate will ensure these areas can attract and recruit the best talent in the market.

  • Working rota – Monday Friday
  • Working hours – 40

What You'll Be Doing

  • Full recruitment life-cycle management; from full brief to actively headhunting and successful offer management.
  • Build an external bank of talent within your related disciplines, through proactive recruitment and networking events, and innovative talent pipelining strategies.
  • Proactively build the JD employer brand externally within your network, utilising social media, events and careers fairs.
  • Relaying initial candidate insights to the hiring manager at critical points such as interview and offer management stages.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring candidates are well informed and looked after at each stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Ensure business areas follow a structured interview process, identifying high-performing candidates within the market that match our business requirements and values.
  • Provide in depth acquisition data to the Talent Acquisition senior leadership team and line managers for review.
  • Collate, upload and manage live vacancies onto ATS, LinkedIn, and other resourcing outlets.

Consistently strive to reduce agency fees within business areas, closely managing the spend of your disciplines

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in recruiting roles within Marketing, Digital, and or Buying & Merchandising
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in managing stakeholders throughout hiring cycles is advantageous.
  • An excellent external network & knowledge of good acquisition practises in other leading organisations which is kept up to date
  • Proficient in using HR & ATS platforms.
  • Competent using LinkedIn Recruiter.
