Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post job openings internally and externally using our ATS (iCIMS).
• Design and execute effective recruitment campaigns.
• Assist Talent Acquisition Partners in screening applications.
• Arrange interviews and manage diaries.
• Ensure proactive candidate management throughout the process.
• Provide hiring manager support with tools and guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with agency partners.
• Manage the reference check process with third-party providers.
