We are currently recruiting for an Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Early Careers to sit within the Talent Acquisition team, based in our London office. This is a 1-year full time opportunity for someone developing they recruitment career within the early careers’ recruitment function.
You will be reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager for our UK and EU, early careers. You will work closely with local market HR teams, area/store managers and the wider Talent Acquisition team.
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of our early careers function across 11 countries, candidate management, communications, and logistics. The role will be liaising with both internal and external business partners to engage and manage the best possible talent, for the future growth of UNIQLO EU stores.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Attraction
- Completing and monitoring advertising across all recruitment platforms and social media channels to ensure we are targeting the best possible talent.
- Engaging with future candidates through emails, and telephone calls, being a point of contact for the business
- Supporting with external presentations to promote, attract and inform applicants of the role and recruitment process
- Managing of merchandising materials for recruitment events including shipping, storage and re-stocking.
- Career fair and University management, booking of events, and managing internal diary management/logistics
Selection
- Reviewing weekly applications and monitoring conversions, highlighting risk/concerns to management team
- Prescreening candidate CVs where necessary based on market needs
- Scheduling candidates interviews through the different stages in the process, in person and online
- Updating candidates based on process outcomes
- Offering timely, clear and concise candidate feedback based on your assessment outcome to all candidates who interview with UNIQLO EU
- Managing internal and external logistics of assessment centers – venue hire, candidate invitation, internal communication/diary management.
Other
- Conducting timely data entry, tracking, and reporting of application data, active candidates, and interview processes
- Communicating with both candidates, external and internal stakeholders in a timely and gracious manner throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Managing candidate reporting across systems and Workday (ATS system)
- Candidate expense management and handling of inquiries.
- Being a UNIQLO brand ambassador for early careers within UNIQLO, both internally and externally
- Working with the Talent Acquisition team to make improvements to the recruitment process
Experience, Skills And Attributes
- Having worked within a HR/Recruitment environment, experience working with early careers programs (desirable)
- Having completed at degree level – within HR or Business Studies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent people engagement skills, and building relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Orginisation and good attention to detail needed within a timely manner
- Intermediate excel skills needed
