Job Description:

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the wider HR Team, this person will support all recruitment activities across Mitsubishi Power Europe’s Front Office locations. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide an efficient and consistent experience to both internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our business identity, from supporting the recruitment of key positions to promoting us as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage candidate interview scheduling, ensuring a positive experience for candidates by being their main contact throughout the process.
  • Upload new vacancies onto the applicant tracking system (ATS) and initiate the approval process.
  • Arrange interviews on behalf of Hiring Managers, issue confirmations, and book meeting rooms.
  • Support virtual and face-to-face interviews, ensuring a consistent process.
  • Keep the ATS up to date and process applications promptly.
  • Promote Mitsubishi Power Europe as an employer and share job openings on advertising platforms and social media.
  • Act as the main contact for recruitment agencies and external partners.
  • Issue interview feedback to candidates.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and optimizing recruitment systems and tools.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality, including RTW checks, referrals, and references.
  • Represent the company at Graduate and Careers Fairs.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven recruitment experience, either in an internal team or agency/RPO.
  • Proficiency with recruitment systems.
  • Creative with writing appealing advertisements and social media posts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Approachable with strong relationship-building skills across countries.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, problem-solve, and adapt quickly.
  • Integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Team player willing to support colleagues with heavy workloads.
