Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What You Will Do:

  1. Review and coordinate activities to respond to service requests, ensuring quality and timely communication.
  2. Write documentation and manage the filing and storage of it, adhering to data privacy and legal requirements.
  3. Initiate and follow up on activities required by third-party vendors.
  4. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data, produce and analyze reports.
  5. Recommend and take action on opportunities for continuous improvement.
  6. Manage the onboarding experience for new starters, including interview scheduling and preparation of offer paperwork.
  7. Provide compensation proposals for internal offers and producing internal offer paperwork.

What You Will Bring:
  1. Experience in administrative/coordination within HR or a customer service environment.
  2. Operational excellence and a customer service focus with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Knowledge of process management and working in a virtual environment.
  4. Strong customer service focus and process improvement skills.
  5. Ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges with excellent attention to detail.
  6. A Level or equivalent qualification, with strong prioritization skills.
