About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our clients . This role will play a key part in supporting our recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams with day-to-day coordination tasks.
  • Manage candidate scheduling and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating candidate records in Workday.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to track progress and ensure hiring timelines are met.
  • Provide administrative support for other HR projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in an HR, recruitment, or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
