XPS Group continues to grow and we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our vibrant office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in an office administration/customer service focussed role where they will have gained excellent organisational and people skills along with a high proficiency in Microsoft office. This role would suit someone with high levels of enthusiasm and who is keen to develop a career as an in house recruiter or within talent acquisition.

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with XPS you will:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team deliver a first-class service to hiring managers and candidates along the whole recruitment journey. Ensure all parties are dealt with professionally, efficiently and in line with best recruitment practice.
- Launch and log newly approved roles in our recruitment systems and add to the Talent Acquisition Tracker.
- Seek approval for offers and notify TA team when verbal offer is ready for delivery.
- Manage tracker with updates as roles progress.
- Support with interview arranging.
- Support with planning, candidate communications and execution of assessment days.
- Support with planning and communication on volume recruitment campaigns.
- Manage HR portal and email inbox for the team, dealing with queries or redirecting as required.
- Support with producing content to support with advertising through social media.
- Monitor Glassdoor reviews.
- Complete position forms on new vacancies.
- Become subject matter expert on internal recruitment systems.
- Contribute to the delivery of recruitment projects and the continuous improvement of the recruitment function.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team in support the broader XPS DEI agenda.
- General administration duties to ensure continued GDPR compliance.
- Due to the changing nature of the business, the job holder may from time to time be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within their capabilities.
Your profileEssential Criteria- IT literate and confident working with different systems for various processes e.g. MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Able to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a similar role or customer service/ office based b2b sales environment.
- Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Possess an enthusiasm to develop, improve and enhance the service provided to all stakeholders.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times.
- Have a flexible, adaptable approach and willingness to learn new skills.
- A-C GCSE Maths and English, Grade 4 and above or equivalent.
- A-Levels or equivalent.
Desirable Criteria- Work experience within a Recruitment or administrative environment would be preferred.
