Job description

We’re looking for a highly organised and personable Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a well-established professional services business based in the North East of England.

As the company continues to grow steadily, they’re expanding their Talent Acquisition team, and this is a great opportunity to be part of that journey. In this role, you'll support TA Partners throughout the full recruitment process, working closely with teams across the business.

Package:

  • 12 month fixed-term contract (with the potential of the role becoming permanent)
  • £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • 5% annual bonus

  • Hybrid working arrangement, great flexibility (number of days in the office per month dependant on distance from the office)

The role:

  • Supporting the team of Talent Acquisition Partners on a day-to-day basis
  • Updating information on various systems
  • Handling potentially confidential details (personal details)
  • Speaking to candidates via phone
  • Arranging interviews on behalf of the TA team and relevant stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting with the onboarding process - gathering right to work documents, new starter information etc.
  • Providing updates to internal stakeholders, external candidates and potentually 3rd party recruitment agencies

About you:

  • Ideally, you will have experience working in a professional or financial services environment, but this isn't essential
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Takes pride in doing a good job and working to timelines
  • Enjoys working as part of a team but is able to use their own initiative too
