Job Title: Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Oxford/Work from home

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering a major project. This fully remote role requires attendance at weekly meetings to track progress against key deliverables for client delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven industry.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a proven Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Advisor to enhance their skills under the guidance of a supportive manager who will help you achieve your goals and objectives.

The Role:

  1. Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in providing a first-class service to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring professionalism, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
  2. Create talent pipelines across the UK using recruitment tools, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.
  3. Screen candidate applications volume-wise and assess their suitability for available roles.
  4. Monitor and search candidate databases to identify potential candidates.
  5. Conduct telephone screenings based on set criteria.
  6. Arrange and confirm interviews with candidates, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and hiring managers.
  7. Maintain consistent communication with candidates, keeping them updated on developments.
  8. Handle general queries via calls, messages, and emails.
  9. Manage the tracking system with updates as roles progress.
  10. Perform general administrative duties to ensure GDPR compliance and verify Right to Work eligibility.

The Person:

  1. Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR environment.
  2. Experience supporting high-volume, high-quality customer service or call center projects.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency in resourcing using job boards, social media, and referrals.
  5. Engaging and energetic communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  6. IT literate, especially with MS Office and ideally with an ATS.
  7. A genuine passion for customer service and client delivery.
  8. Experience working remotely/from home.
  9. Self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
  10. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  11. Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn new skills.
