Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a professional and efficient recruitment service is provided to our line managers, candidates, new starters, and our 3rd party recruitment agencies. This is a rolling contract position.
Key deliverables:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team and enhance the experience for all engaged with our team.
- Be the main point of contact for new hires from post-offer to onboarding, including welcome emails, first day details, right to work collection, and verification.
- Draft employment contracts for permanent new hires, share for approval, and manage DocuSign processes.
- Send and collect documentation from new hires.
- Initiate and audit reference checks for permanent new hires.
- Act as the point of contact for background check providers, holding regular reviews and performance assessments.
- Organize and deliver weekly Day One Induction sessions, addressing queries from new hires and line managers.
- Order new hire equipment, set up IDs, and inform managers of new hires and assets.
- Manage the process of submitting and auditing recruitment approvals.
- Draft promotion contracts for the yearly promotion cycle and oversee DocuSign processes.
- Set up Terms of Business, create vendors, and unblock vendors as needed.
- Collaborate with third-party agencies to ensure they are informed about the new starter process and onboarding.
- Collect new hire confirmation of assignments, NDAs, and ensure right to work documentation is collected and tracked.
- Maintain the accuracy and currency of the Talent Acquisition tracker.
- Assist in developing and improving Talent Acquisition team documents and processes for efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with the People Operations team to ensure alignment and effective end-to-end processes.
- Support wider people team projects as required.

To be successful, you should have:
- Experience in a corporate, matrix environment, ideally within a People function.
- Confidence and strong presentation skills for delivering weekly new hire inductions.
- Attention to detail and meticulous data management skills.
- A passion for process improvement.
- Resilience and drive to adapt to constant change.
- Experience working within HR or recruitment environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
