We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 6-month maximum term basis, located at our Perth CBD Office.
About this role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will efficiently coordinate and execute the end-to-end recruitment process in support of Talent Acquisition activities, including but not limited to:
- Providing support and guidance to formal leaders, internal/external candidates, and external suppliers on Western Power’s talent acquisition and selection process.
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as generating and distributing employment contracts, ensuring onboarding documentation is complete, managing recruitment inbox, liaising on IT/system issues, drafting and posting job ads, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment processes.
- Assisting with entry-level program recruitment activities.
- Maintaining real-time accuracy of RMS and trackers, and filing onboarding documentation.
- Facilitating onboarding of new starters.
- Leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to recruitment practices and systems.
- Generating ad hoc reports and supporting talent acquisition projects as needed.
About you
We are seeking someone with:
- Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics subjects.
- Experience in providing administrative support to a busy Talent Acquisition/HR team.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems and reporting metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High energy, urgency, and accuracy in work.
