In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are talent pooling for future vacancies within our Talent Acquisition team who would consider a 6 month fixed term contract (working 4 or 5 days a week).

The Role

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultants who would be interested in joining our team on a 6-month contract, supporting recruitment within our busy Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial in helping us attract and hire top talent to Carnival UK across a number of varied roles within the different departments based in Carnival House. If you have a proven track record in recruitment within a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

This Pivotal Role Will Involve

1. Delivering resourcing requirements against agreed service levels, in line with laid-down policies and processes and in keeping with our SLA’s
2. Support Hiring Manager’s with their recruitment activities ensuring we secure the best possible person for the role
3. Participates in recruitment events and market engagement activity as defined and agreed

The role is a CUK09 level and could be available over a 4 or 5 day week, on a fixed-term basis, and offers hybrid work with up to two days from home.
