Job summary

United Media in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to own end-to-end recruitment, from profiling to interviewing, and to shape our employer brand across the business. You will collaborate with leadership to design sourcing strategies and build a scalable recruiting function that supports rapid growth.

The role is based at our HQ in London, with a strong focus on practical execution, relationship-building, and hands-on improvement of onboarding for new hires.

Qualifications

• Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results.
• Have a UK work permit.
• Be curious about and have a genuine and deep passion for working with and understanding people.
• Want to spend your day speaking with people ranging from students to executives.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning and interviews.
• Build a strong employer brand and attract both obvious and covert talents.
• Own the execution of developing and automating recruiting processes.
• Improve onboarding process in close collaboration with management.
