Exciting Opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Assistant!

Are you passionate about all things People and thrive in fast-paced environment? We have the perfect role for you! Join our team at our Head Office in Doncaster as a Talent Acquisition Assistant.

We are looking for a dedicated candidate to support the recruitment process from initial contact to appointment and handle all Recruitment Administration tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.

Talent Acquisition Assistant Key Areas Of Responsibility
  1. Support end-to-end recruitment process from first contact through to appointment coordinating data entry for certain roles.
  2. Advertise roles in relevant media, forums and websites along with ensuring all roles shared internally.
  3. Sourcing candidates through various CV searches, job boards and LinkedIn sifting appropriately.
  4. Conduct telephone screening and arrange interviews for Line Managers.
  5. Support offer process, agreeing start dates, making sure offers are consistent and fit for purpose.
  6. Ensure a strong candidate experience with clear communication and feedback throughout.
  7. Build our reputation as a great place to work always ensuring positive impressions.
  8. Support campaigns, interviews, attendance at careers fairs, colleges etc.
  9. Meet GDPR/Data Protection principles in all that we do.
  10. Obtain DBS checks for all starters along with Right to Works and References.
  11. Process all new starters including screening, contract, offer letter, new employee information pack.
  12. Support any recruitment activity when required, e.g., shortlisting of CV’s and ensuring all data is inputted correctly, responding to candidates accordingly, keeping database up to date, supporting any interviews and assessment centres with room bookings, hospitality, printing off any paperwork, filing and updating database afterward, chasing any references etc.
  13. Provide cover within the team and support any other People / HR Priorities.
Here's What You Bring
  1. 1-2 years' experience in Recruitment / HR admin (desirable).
  2. Literate and numerate.
  3. Communicate with people in a professional and friendly manner.
  4. Excellent IT skills proficient with Word, Excel in particular and able to adapt to bespoke systems.
  5. Confidentiality and integrity.
  6. Strong attention to detail.
