Purpose of the job

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will work closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition as part of the HR team to add value to the continued success of HH Global by providing effective advice and support across the region, to enable our teams to attract and hire the best talent.

As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for leading activities to support the delivery of the talent acquisition strategy as part of the overall People Strategy.

Please note that this is a 13-month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition with the implementation of the project plan as part of the talent acquisition strategy
  • Provide proactive, best practice advice on day-to-day initial queries from the HR operations team, wider business, and strategic business partners. Escalate/re-direct queries as necessary
  • Support Hiring Managers in ensuring job descriptions accurately represent the responsibilities and are legally compliant
  • Manage the creation and posting of job advertisements to specialist job boards, maximizing their effectiveness and promoting opportunities
  • Lead on the creation and validation of weekly and monthly MI reports for the region via our ATS, on all talent activity
  • Track and monitor progress of vacancies and offers across the region, ensuring challenges are identified and escalated promptly
  • Support Hiring Managers on specialist recruitment projects when needed
  • Support and lead various projects focused on employee value proposition, external brand awareness, and related initiatives
  • Maintain and improve the ATS system, working with the vendor on enhancements
  • Support our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy by ensuring vacancies are visible and attractive to a diverse talent pool
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or resourcing roles; process-driven with creative thinking
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and working accurately
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Confident, resilient, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR databases
  • Numerate with a good understanding of financial principles
