A global consultancy firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage recruitment projects across Europe. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and participating in global TA projects to enhance the recruitment process. Fluency in Scandinavian languages along with strong English skills is desired to effectively attract and engage talent. This position offers flexible working and a focus on personal development.
We’re looking for an aspiring Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team and drive recruitment projects across Europe. You’ll deliver high-quality recruitment support to our business areas and collaborate across borders. To succeed in this role, you should be service-minded, organised, and curious about people and culture. Experience from engineering, architecture, or consultancy recruitment, either in-house or agency, will be an advantage, but is not required.

As our new Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll join a dedicated global TA team with colleagues from the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Germany. You’ll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
Your Scandinavian language skills and cultural insight will be a key asset, helping us shape recruitment strategies that are locally relevant and aligned with our global ambitions. By bringing your local knowledge to an international team, you will make a real impact on how we attract and engage talent across business areas.
