At Superdrug Head Office, our Talent Acquisition team is part of an exciting project that has transformed how we recruit our in-store teams. We understand that recruiting the best talent to deliver that Superdrug feeling takes time.

Your role will involve supporting Store Management in store recruitment, working alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to provide comprehensive recruitment services focusing on Store Management roles. You will contribute to developing and delivering the Talent Acquisition strategy for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruiting roles, including specialist roles (e.g., nail technicians, pharmacy teams), utilizing advertising, headhunting, direct searches, social media, networking, and job boards.
  • Utilize the Cornerstone system to maximize Talent Pooling.
  • Attend training for our ATS system.
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are followed and KPIs (time to fill, cost per hire) are met.
  • Analyze process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Source candidates proactively; promote opportunities and the brand passionately.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support assessment centers and careers fairs to build a quality candidate database.
  • Advertise vacancies internally and externally, including on job boards and social media.
  • Refresh outdated job postings.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications to optimize social media opportunities.
  • Assist with administrative and project tasks related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Adhere to employer brand guidelines and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery standards.
Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have recruitment experience from in-house or agency backgrounds, with a passion for the brand and excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and charisma to communicate with managers at all levels are essential. Networking and relationship-building skills are highly valued. A passion for recruiting top talent to keep Superdrug an employer of choice is crucial.
