Talent Acquisition Advisor - Warwick - Fixed Term Contract (15 months)

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor based at our Support Centre in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:

• Working as part of the in-house Talent Acquisition Team managing the end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Sourcing candidates through a range of platforms including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and internal referrals to ensure we find the best talent.
• Reviewing applications, conducting telephone interviews, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews, while providing feedback throughout the process.
• Offering support and advice to hiring managers, providing insights on recruitment best practices, market trends, and internal processes.
• Supporting the onboarding process and ensuring new starters have a smooth transition into their new role.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 15 months. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8 am – 5 pm, with hybrid working arrangements available (minimum 3 days in the office).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, either in-house or within an agency, would be preferred.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
