Talent Acquisition Advisor - Warwick - Fixed Term Contract (15 months)

Role: Talent Acquisition Advisor

Based at our Support Centre in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:

1. Managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles as part of the in-house Talent Acquisition Team.
2. Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and internal referrals to find the best talent.
3. Reviewing applications, conducting telephone interviews, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback.
4. Supporting and advising hiring managers, sharing insights on recruitment best practices, market trends, and internal processes.
5. Supporting onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 15 months, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am – 5pm, with hybrid working arrangements (minimum 3 days in the office).

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities with candidates and hiring managers.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency, is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
