Talent Acquisition Advisor - Warwick - Fixed Term Contract (15 months)

Role: Talent Acquisition Advisor
Based at our Support Centre in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles as part of the in-house Talent Acquisition Team.
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and internal referrals to find the best talent.
- Reviewing applications, conducting telephone interviews, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback.
- Supporting and advising hiring managers, sharing insights on recruitment best practices, market trends, and internal processes.
- Supporting onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 15 months, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am – 5pm, with hybrid working arrangements (minimum 3 days in the office).
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities with candidates and hiring managers.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency, is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
