At our Head Office, our Talent Acquisition team plays a key role in a new recruitment approach for our in-store teams. We understand that finding the best talent to deliver That Superdrug feeling takes time.

Your role will support Store Management in store recruitment. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to provide comprehensive recruitment services for all Store Management roles and contribute to the development of our Talent Acquisition strategy.

Here's what your day might include:

• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in recruiting roles, including specialist positions (nail technicians, pharmacy teams), using advertising, headhunting, direct searches, social media, networking, and job boards.
• Utilizing the Cornerstone system to maximize Talent Pooling.
• Attending training for our ATS system.
• Managing candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Ensuring recruitment processes are followed and KPIs like time to fill and cost per hire are met.
• Analyzing process efficiency and seeking improvements.
• Direct sourcing candidates and promoting our brand passionately.
• Responding to candidate inquiries and escalating when necessary.
• Supporting assessment centers and careers fairs to build a quality candidate database.
• Advertising vacancies internally and externally, including refreshing job postings.
• Collaborating with Internal Communications to maximize social media opportunities.
• Supporting general administration and project work for Talent Acquisition.
• Maintaining employer brand guidelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Building positive relationships with stakeholders through high service levels.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency, with a passion for the brand and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and charisma to communicate effectively with managers at all levels.
• Influencing skills, with great networking and relationship-building abilities.
