Talent Acquisition Advisor

Our client has been a prominent player in the entertainment industry for over 3 decades. As a talent acquisition Advisor, you will work as part of a busy team and look after a portfolio of corporate roles including Finance, Marketing, etc.

Responsibilities :

• Source and recruit top talent for a fast-paced environment
• Conduct phone screenings and assessments of candidates
• Coordinate background checks for successful candidates
• Utilise SmartRecruiters software to manage the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in a corporate capacity
• Proven ability to source and recruit top talent
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in SmartRecruiters software essential
