We’re currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Oxford. In this role, you will provide a comprehensive HR and recruitment administration service across all aspects of Talent Acquisition, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Coordinate recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews
  • Administer offer letters, employment contracts, and background checks
  • Act as the first point of contact for all ad hoc talent acquisition queries and resolve as many as possible without referral
  • Advise managers and employees on company policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance
  • Maintain the talent acquisition ATS and candidate tracker with all recruitment activity details
  • Support the coordination and administration of induction and onboarding programs
  • Review and improve recruitment materials and templates to attract the best candidate pool

We are looking for:

  • Good secondary education, including GCSE Maths and English
  • Good administrative experience, ideally in a talent acquisition/recruitment environment
  • Practical knowledge of employment law related to recruitment and selection
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment practices
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • French language skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Pro-active mindset
