What you'll be doing;

• Book a high volume of interviews via the telephone & email.
  
• Ensure candidates are comfortable attending interviews and have everything they require.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in Google Sheets, ensuring real-time visibility for the recruitment team.
  
• Handle interview scheduling changes efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
  
• Using our ATS system to send out regular communications to candidates.
  
• Support the recruitment team with additional administrative tasks as required.
  
• Monitor scheduling metrics and identify process improvements.
