Following an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team in Bristol! We offer this role on a hybrid working basis.

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our HR Operations Team in Bristol, providing administrative support to our Talent Acquisition (Experienced Hires) team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging and coordinating interviews.
  • Processing invoices and recruitment-related payments.
  • Coordinating the pre-employment screening process with external suppliers.
  • Managing the hire and onboarding process for all new experienced hires using Workday.
  • Managing candidate queries.
  • Supporting our Talent Specialist team effectively.
