CBW is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join an amazing team based in Brentwood, Essex.

Brief overview:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8am - 5pm
  • £30-40,000 per annum
  • Permanent position
  • Office based

Our client strives to employ only the highest calibre of staff to successfully deliver contractual requirements to clients.

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will manage the development of the recruitment process and online portal, liaising with Hiring Managers and HR to ensure adherence and timely progression of roles.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be accountable for delivering the recruitment process, managing internal and external relationships, and overseeing the internal recruitment system and marketing channels to maximize direct hires.

The role requires high organizational skills, intuitive thinking, problem-solving, IT skills, and soft skills such as communication and time management.

Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience in in-house or agency recruitment
  • Successful placements via agency and direct
  • Understanding of the M&E maintenance industry and related roles

Core Role Duties
1. Recruitment Software
  • Manage vacancy uploads and documentation
  • Track role progress and reallocate candidates as needed
  • Write high-standard job adverts
  • Vet candidates and update profiles
  • Coordinate with Technical Assessors
  • Manage candidate progression and system integrity
  • Organize interviews and ensure documentation is complete
  • Send monthly vacancy emails to candidates
  • Close roles responsibly, informing candidates and capturing feedback
2. Interviews
  • Ensure interview requirements are met
  • Coordinate with site teams, book rooms, set up tests, and distribute paperwork
  • Witness certifications and administer tests
  • Maintain electronic documentation
  • Represent the company professionally to candidates
  • Provide timely feedback to hiring managers
3. Vacancy Management
  • Monitor new vacancies and resignations
  • Update the Candidate Tracker
  • Progress candidates and roles
  • Highlight opportunities for internal candidates
  • Distribute weekly vacancy lists
  • Ensure vacancies are marketed appropriately
  • Attend monthly meetings for updates
4. Agency Management
  • Hold bi-weekly agency meetings
  • Manage agency performance and onboarding
  • Handle rebate and credit management
  • Raise purchase orders and negotiate terms
5. Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain electronic candidate documentation
  • Follow up on interview documentation
  • Manage recruiter contacts and queries
