Overview of the Job:

You will be in charge of running the takeaway shop on a daily basis as the shop manager. You will oversee a group of people, make sure that everything runs well, uphold standards for food safety and cleanliness, and strive to increase client happiness and company profits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the takeaway shop’s day-to-day operations.
• Oversee and develop employees while maintaining excellent service and collaboration standards.
• Observe requirements regarding food safety, health, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventories, order supplies, and keep an eye on stock levels.
• To reach sales and profit goals, keep an eye on expenses and manage them.
• Respond professionally to consumer questions, grievances, and comments.
• Maintain the shop’s order and cleanliness at all times.
• Manage shift patterns and build personnel rotas.
• To increase sales, help with marketing and advertising.
• Take care of daily financial reporting and cashing up.

• Prior management experience.
