Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a passionate Travel Consultant to join a successful travel company and create unforgettable tailor-made holidays for customers worldwide. You will be sales-driven, delivering exceptional service and maximising every sales opportunity while providing expert travel advice.

Based in Marlow, the role is office-based with weekend rota, 37.5 hours per week, and benefits including 25 days' annual leave, travel discounts, fam trips, and clear career progression

Qualifications

• Previous travel sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong knowledge of destinations and travel products.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building across phone, email and in-person.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create tailor-made holiday experiences and deliver outstanding customer service across all touchpoints.
• Drive sales performance by achieving targets, maximising revenue opportunities and promoting relevant travel products and services.
• Build lasting customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with destination knowledge, products and technology to provide expert travel advice.
• Previous travel sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and ideally with strong long haul destination knowledge.
• Passion for travel and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across telephone, email and face to face.
• Confident selling skills with a customer focused and consultative approach.
• Self motivated, target driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
