Support the Area Manager and branches within the Area by providing Repairs and Alteration services.

Role Details

This is a branch-based, full-time role. We seek someone with a great personality who aims to deliver amazing service and is passionate about their work.

Starting salary: £12 per hour plus uncapped weekly bonus.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Carry out various alterations and repairs, including shortening and lengthening garments.
2. Adjust garment sizes by taking in or letting out fabric.
3. Replace broken zippers and perform other related repair/alteration tasks.
4. Assist customers in-branch, discuss their needs, including fittings.
