We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead the implementation of CCH Tagetik, a best-in-class Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solution. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming our finance processes through the deployment of CCH Tagetik’s unified platform for consolidation, planning, budgeting, and regulatory reporting. This role requires strong project management expertise, deep understanding of finance processes, and hands-on experience with Tagetik implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end CCH Tagetik implementation projects, from initial scoping through to post-go-live support.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into effective Tagetik configurations, in collaboration with finance, IT, and vendor teams.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate workshops with finance teams to understand and document process requirements (e.g., financial close, budgeting, IFRS/ESG reporting).
  • Oversee configuration, integration, data migration, testing, UAT, training, and cutover activities.
  • Ensure proper governance and change control are in place throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support post-implementation enhancements.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record delivering CPM/FP&A implementations.
  • Deep understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across finance, IT, and executive leadership.

Desirable:

  • CCH Tagetik certification or significant hands-on Tagetik configuration experience.
  • Accounting or finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Familiarity with Tagetik SmartInsight, Analytical Information Hub, and Workflow automation.

  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., IFRS, ESG).
  • Excellent planning and prioritization abilities.
  • Leadership and team motivation in a delivery-focused setting.
