If so, at eXPD8, we're looking for a Tactical Retail Merchandiser based in the Exeter area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.

You will be responsible for ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

This role involves tactical work, suitable for someone looking to supplement another job, seeking occasional work, or seasonal hours.

• Compliance and Standards: You'll follow merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidance. You'll implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Product Placement and Replenishment: You'll organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You'll set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers effectively.
• Communication and Relationship Building: You'll build good relationships with in-store colleagues, especially managers, and provide feedback via our feedback app.
