Exos Partners, LLC is hiring a Tactical Massage Therapist to work with military personnel in Cambridge, UK. The role focuses on preventing injuries related to flying and maneuvering aircraft and improving neck and back health for Aircrew within a multi-disciplinary team.

The position requires an accredited massage therapy certification, active CPR/AED, 2+ years of experience, and the ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance. A full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Massage Therapy certification program.
• Current and unrestricted license or certification from the U.S. jurisdiction where services are provided (if OCONUS, from any U.S. state/territory).
• 2+ years of full-time massage therapy experience in medical, collegiate/professional, or tactical settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide massage therapy treatments as part of a prehabilitative and recovery program.
• Instruct, motivate, and assist Aircrew to achieve their goals.
• Document work in approved electronic record systems.
• Comply with DHA, DoD, and MTF protocols.
• Interact with other human performance services and educate on injury prevention.
