Overview
Due to exceptional client demand we need to urgently boost the number of Tactical Field Sales Executives (van sales). We engage on a sub-contractor basis providing flexibility for you to cover other responsibilities. Flexforce manages regular and ad hoc distribution drives on behalf of our clients’ well-known brands.
Responsibilities
- Drive stock collected from an allocated wholesale depot and directly sell into independent retailers on each allocated territory. Cash handling is required; attention to detail and accurate record keeping are essential.
- Operate as a Field Sales Executive within a specified postcode region, with a current store list. Pioneers may also be used for any additional opportunities you know.
- Support up-front campaign information, including expected targets, timescales and reporting requirements. Regular check-ins will ensure you are fully supported to complete the campaign.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experienced, target-driven salesperson.
- Current driving licence required.
- We can supply a van for each campaign for business use, or pay an allowance for the use of your own reliable vehicle.
- Sub-contractor basis with flexibility to cover other responsibilities as needed.
Campaigns and Support
- Campaigns are allocated with specific postcodes and a current store list; you may also leverage any local opportunities you know.
- Full information will be provided for each campaign up front, including targets, timescales and reporting requirements. Support and monitoring will be available throughout the campaign.
