About the role:

An opportunity to join InPost UK’s highly talented Network Team as a Business Development Manager. The Network Team’s aim is to secure new locations for InPost Parcel Lockers across the UK. This role as a Business Development Manager will be tactical and involve travelling within the South region, covering multiple locations. Your goal is to secure new site locations by proactively promoting the clear environmental and economic benefits of InPost products to independent business operators in your territory.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Drive network growth in your territory! It’s about getting our Lockers into more amazing locations.
2. Promote InPost services, drive and own the progress of the sales pipeline from lead qualification to contract negotiation and signing.
3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and personal goals.
5. Use a combination of warm leads and your own lead generation to close sales with Landlords, Asset Managers & Property Managers.
6. Use analytics tools to guide decision making & strategy.
7. Analyse the territory potential, track sales activities and produce performance reports.
8. Coordinate sales effort with your team and other departments from across the business.
9. Maintain CRM with details of prospective prospects interested in InPost products, from lead qualification to signed contract, along with lockers deployment forecasts.

What we need from you:

1. A proven track record of success in B2B sales.
2. Ability to clearly communicate product benefits to a variety of prospects.
3. Ability to create and deliver highly engaging presentations tailored to the audience needs.
4. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
5. Analytical and data-oriented approach to sales, utilising frameworks and tools.
6. Agile and responsive – the ability to prioritise, juggle multiple opportunities and execute.
7. A winning attitude and growth mindset.

We’d be particularly excited to hear from you if:

1. Experience and understanding of retail, ecommerce and logistics (a bonus but not essential).
2. Experience selling to property managers and landlords (a bonus but not essential).
