Job summary

William Reed is seeking a Tableau Developer to lead the development and stewardship of the finance and commercial reporting capability in Tableau, ensuring accurate, governed insights for decision making across Finance, Commercial and Operations.

This 12-month fixed term contract role is based at Gatwick. You will translate requirements into dashboards, ensure data integrity, collaborate with stakeholders and drive automation and efficiency across reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing, developing and optimising Tableau dashboards, data models and reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling and semantic layer design.
• Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple sources through ETL processes, APIs and modern data integration technologies.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into KPIs, metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Good insight into financial, commercial and operational performance drivers and reporting solutions.
• Solid awareness of data governance, data quality and data lineage principles.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and work with stakeholders to standardise reporting.

• Developing and continuously improving our Tableau reporting and BI capability to deliver insights.
• Translating complex business requirements into meaningful reporting and performance measures.
• Ensuring the governance, security and traceability of reporting data.
• Leading enhancement of reporting capabilities to improve insight and efficiency.
• Managing complex data relationships and scalable reporting structures.
• Building relationships across Finance, Commercial, Technology and external partners.
• Supporting senior stakeholders with management information and analysis.
• Providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing for reporting adoption.
• Maintaining knowledge of reporting data, definitions and BI solutions.
