Why Bally's?

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. The Role: Casual Table Games Dealer - Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Build customer loyalty through exceptional interactions.
• Exchange chips for cash and calculate odds for payments.
• Operate and conduct games professionally, complying with all gaming regulations.
• Protect gaming equipment and company assets.
• Follow all customer service programs and maintain a positive appearance.
• Promote positive public relations and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of dealing experience.
• Proper training and licensing.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Enthusiastic customer service skills.
• Ability to pass dealer auditions.
• Knowledge of two or more core games: Craps, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Mini Baccarat, Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker.

License Requirements:

• Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming License.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

Includes reading, writing, arithmetic, good vision, dexterity, speaking, hearing, sitting, standing, lifting, bending, working under pressure.

Target Hourly Range:

$7.50 plus tips and shift premium.
