As a TA Sourcer Sr with Insight, you’ll contribute to our diverse and inclusive workforce. We’ll count on you to attract top talent from around the world! Along the way, you’ll utilize your research and engagement techniques to build relationships with candidates across all disciplines - Information Technology, Sales, Marketing and Finance, just to name a few.

  • Proactively source and engage with passive candidates from diverse backgrounds to build a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions, considering cultural fit and language proficiency for global roles
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations in different regions.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and recruiters across different time zones on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline, demonstrating effective communication skills in a global team setting.
